Inner balance is about being in the flow of life. It is that place inside where we feel all is well, it is about being in harmony within ourselves on a deep inner level. When we are in harmony we feel alive because our life force is flowing and we feel creative and expressive. Being in harmony can create a space of peace and calm, creating a deep sense of well-being. Being in harmony is where we experience life at its fullest and most joyous.
When we are out of balance within ourselves, we are in disharmony. We may be experiencing fear, anger, bitterness or pain. We may feel overwhelmed and burned out. Our bodies are out of balance and life may seem hectic and chaotic. When we are in disharmony we open ourselves to dis-ease and suffering. Bringing the body back into balance within itself can be life changing. When we are in harmony with our innermost self, we have the ability to create health and vitality. Stress and harmony cannot reside in the same space.

Magnetic Energies are levels of vibrations that create and establish a balancing of energy flowing between two points; the negative and positive poles. This establishes polarity by creating a field of flowing energy that re-balances the energy field being worked with: an organ, illness, dis-ease, trauma or accident and the body as a whole unit.
By creating this polarity within the body, the magnetic energies reestablish the uniform polarity of energies giving the body the ability to heal itself.
